AppointMe Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to AppointMe operated by Syncworx Ltd, Ireland.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

AppointMe is a SaaS booking facilitation platform.

We:

  • Provide booking infrastructure
  • Enable integrations
  • Charge subscription and transaction fees

We do not:

  • Provide telecommunications services
  • Provide AI voice services
  • Act as merchant of record (unless otherwise agreed)

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended primarily for businesses, organisations, and sole traders.

Mandatory consumer protections apply where legally required.

4. Subscription Plans

Plans:

  • €25/month
  • €50/month
  • €100/month

Subscriptions:

  • Billed monthly in advance
  • Automatically renew
  • Subject to VAT

Users may cancel anytime via account settings.

5. Platform Booking Fee

In addition to subscription fees, Syncworx charges:

€0.50 per successful booking transaction

A successful booking transaction occurs when a booking is completed through the AppointMe system.

The fee:

  • Applies per transaction
  • Is separate from subscription fees
  • Is separate from payment processor fees
  • May be subject to VAT
  • Is non-refundable once processed

6. Payment Processing

Users connect their own accounts with:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Square
  • Adyen

Syncworx is not responsible for:

  • Processor outages
  • Processor fee changes
  • Chargeback decisions

Each processor operates under its own terms.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Use the Service lawfully
  • Comply with GDPR
  • Obtain necessary consents
  • Configure Twilio and ElevenLabs lawfully
  • Avoid unlawful telemarketing

Users act as Data Controllers for booking data.

8. Availability

Hosted on AWS.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Intellectual Property

All AppointMe IP remains property of Syncworx Ltd.

Users retain ownership of their content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid in the previous 3 months.

No liability for indirect losses.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by Irish law.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach
  • Illegal activity

Users may terminate anytime.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law.

Irish courts have jurisdiction.
